1 General Information & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Inertia, you must register using accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found to have created multiple accounts, Inertia reserves the right to close any or all of those accounts and forfeit the associated funds.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Inertia may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Underage Restriction

Inertia strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening or using an account. This is not just a rule — it is our ethical responsibility.

Warning: If it is established that a minor has opened an account, that account will be closed immediately and all funds held within it will be forfeited.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Inertia supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all payments.

4.1 Deposits

For your first withdrawal, the verification process may take up to 24 hours. After that, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

Inertia reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on Inertia and apply across all betting markets.

5.1 Bet Validity

  • Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
  • Inertia reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
  • Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has kicked off.
  • Bets may be rejected in live betting due to network delays

5.2 Cancelled or Void Matches

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled leg will be counted as 1.0 odds.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Cap

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh BDT). This limit may differ for special events and will be communicated in advance.

Match-Fixing Warning: Where match-fixing or any other form of misconduct is suspected, Inertia reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet and to delay payment pending the outcome of an investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Inertia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10
  • Bonus validity period: 30 days

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between Inertia and any user, the following process will be followed:

  2. Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, our complaints team will review the matter. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  3. Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved, you may file a complaint with our licensing authority.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Inertia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For any significant changes, we will:
